| FORMAT | 18 Hole Stroke Play. There will be a minimum of 4 spots available. Sudden victory playoff will take place upon the conclusion of the round in the event of ties (including ties for alternates). |
| ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS | Open to professionals and amateurs with an approved handicap of two (2) or less. |
| QUALIFYING ENTRY FEE (Successful Qualifiers) | Successful Qualifiers will have to pay the difference between the Qualifier Entry Fee and the Tournament Entry Fee Tournament Entry Fees are as follows: Canadian Tour Member: $450.00 Affiliate Member: $450.00 Amateurs: $450.00 All others: $550.00 |
| ENTRY DEADLINE | First 60 entries plus all non-exempt Tour Members or Wednesday, May 25th. No refunds shall be given FOR ANY REASON after this deadline. |

| STARTING TIMES/DRAW | The tee off times will start at 7:30 am on both the 1st and 10th tees. The draw will be available AT 2:00pm Saturday, May 28th by calling the Uplands Pro Shop at 250-592-1818. |
| TIMES COLONIST ISLAND SAVINGS OPEN ENTRY FEE | Qualifying Entry Fee ($235) is applied to the Times Colonist Open Entry Fee |

Successful Qualifiers: A Successful Qualifier must register in person, on-site, immediately after the conclusion of the Qualifying Round. The balance of the Times Colonist Island Savings Open Entry Fee is payable in Canadian Funds to the “Canadian Tour”. Successful Qualifiers who fail to register will be subject to a $300.00 late registration fine. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
